What does it cost?
Free to use — ArcBilling takes 1% of each payment collected through the platform. No monthly fee, no setup fee. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to your own Stripe account, exactly as if you used Stripe directly; ArcBilling's 1% is on top of that.
Do I need a Stripe account already?
No. ArcBilling creates a Stripe account for you during onboarding, right inside the app — you won't go to Stripe separately. You'll confirm your business details and connect a bank account, which usually takes a few minutes.
Who is the merchant of record?
You are. Payments run on your own Stripe account, so funds settle directly to you and you handle refunds and disputes just as you would using Stripe on your own. ArcBilling is the software layer on top — it never holds your money.
How do my clients pay?
You send a branded pay link (by email or however you like). Your client opens it and pays by card — no account and no login required. The page shows your agency's brand, not ours.
When do I get paid?
Funds land in your Stripe balance and pay out to your connected bank account on your Stripe payout schedule — daily by default. There's no holding period on ArcBilling's side.
Is my clients' card data secure?
Card details go straight to Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. ArcBilling never sees or stores card numbers — we keep only the transaction references needed to reconcile your invoices.
Can I do recurring billing?
Yes. Set a recurring plan once and ArcBilling generates each invoice and charges the client's saved card automatically, every cycle — with autopay, reminders, and retry-on-failure built in.
Is it really white-label?
